Please Note:
It is imperative to understand that our services are not classified as entertainment or a petting zoo but rather as an educational encounter. Our primary focus and responsibility lie in ensuring the welfare and safety of our animals throughout the duration of the experience.
During the encounter, we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a calm, quiet, and seated environment for all participants, particularly children. This helps minimize stress for our animals and ensures a positive experience for everyone involved.
Please be aware we reserve the right to stop the encounter at any moment if we deem it necessary for the well-being of our animals or the safety of any guests. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.

Party Conditions:
For children's parties, our capacity is restricted to a maximum of 20 children. We will not make any exceptions to this restriction. This limitation is due to the specific nature of the animals in our care. Therefore, we request that hosts carefully consider this information before extending invitations.
We advise that no more than 10-15 children participate in the party for an optimal experience. All children must be supervised by adults at all times.
With an unwavering commitment to safety, please be advised that our animal parties are strictly aged 5 and above. This age restriction ensures an environment conducive to both the well-being of our animals and the safety of all participants. Please be advised that if, upon arrival on the day of your event, the number of children exceeds the maximum limit outlined in our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately. This is to ensure the safety of both the animals and participants. In such cases, any outstanding payments will still be required in full.

Parking Requirements
To ensure the safe and efficient setup of our animal encounter, parking must be available within 20 to 30 feet of the venue entrance. The provision of a dedicated parking space — either on-site or very close by — is essential.
If parking is limited or the area is known for congestion, we strongly recommend reserving a space (e.g., by designating a vehicle to hold the spot). In metered areas, please factor in time and payment accordingly.
Please Note:
If adequate parking is not secured and our team is unable to safely access the premises, we may be forced to cancel the booking. In such cases, Wild2You cannot be held liable, and the client will remain responsible for the full booking fee.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
To secure your booking, we require a deposit:

£50 for our Standard Animal Encounter

£70 for our Premium Animal Encounter
Once a date is agreed and availability confirmed, a booking form must be completed, and the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of completing the form.
If the deposit has not been received within 20 hours, we’ll send a friendly reminder by call or text, informing you that the window will close in 4 hours.
If payment is not made by the 24-hour deadline, the booking will be cancelled and the date released to other clients. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with future bookings for clients who do not adhere to this policy.
Deposits are payable via bank transfer, with your name and event type used as the payment reference.​
While deposits are non-refundable, we understand that plans can change. If your event cannot proceed, we’ll gladly offer one opportunity to reschedule for a new date within 12 months of the original booking.

Payment:
All private bookings necessitate payment on the day of the event. For agency bookings, payment must be made via cheque in advance of the event date or by the client on the day of the event.

Venue/Hall Requirements: For venues or halls, the following criteria must be met:

A ground floor venue

Parking available directly outside the entrance within a 30-foot radius

Absence of music, balloons, bouncy castles, loudspeakers, etc.

Doors and windows must remain closed

Access to water and handwashing facilities

Participants are prohibited from eating during the show

Outdoor Home Show Requirements: For outdoor home shows, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

A four-sided marquee or gazebo

An enclosed garden area

Access to water and handwashing facilities
-
Placement away from sources of music, bouncy castles, etc.

Contingency plans for inclement weather, with provisions for moving the party indoors if necessary.

Animal Welfare & Handling

The welfare of our animals is paramount. We reserve the right to adjust, reduce, or replace animals in the line-up depending on travel, weather, stress, or health conditions.

No animal will be forced to interact or be handled if it is showing signs of stress.

For children's parties, only the birthday child may handle all animals. Other guests may be allowed to touch selected species at our discretion.

Venomous species (e.g., tarantulas, scorpions) will not be handled by any guests under any circumstances.

Travel & Access

Travel Fees: Additional Travel charges apply outside of a 15-mile radius from South Mimms or any London postcodes other than north.

Access Requirements: Safe, step-free access to the venue must be provided. We do not accommodate bookings above A ground floor venue All venues that require using stairs.
