Which areas in the UK do you cover?
Generally, we cover the whole of London, and a100 mile radius outside of the M25, providing we feel our animals can be accommodated comfortably during the travel period.
Are there restrictions to guest numbers?
There are no number restrictions, but for children’s parties, we would advise numbers to be kept between 10 and 15 children so that each guest can have multiple turns with the animals.
Which animals will you bring?
We try to encourage an interest in all of the different animal types. We bring a variety of mammals, birds, reptiles, insects and amphibians.
The types of animals we bring may be influenced by the weather and travel distance.
Can we choose the animals we want?
If there is a particular type of animal you are hoping for, do let us know at the time of booking. We will try our very best to bring specific animals, but our animals are rotated so individuals may not be available.
Can you attend events other than birthday parties?
Yes of course! We can cater for classroom learning, corporate events, weddings, fetes and filming work. If you have any doubt about your event, just give us a email.
Will the animals make a mess?
We bring a large, wipeable ground sheet to protect your venue floor, incase one of our animals makes a small mess. In the event of an accident, we will clean up immediately with disinfectant and wipes.
Are there any health and safety issues we should be aware of?
We take every precaution to ensure that our animals are as hygienic as possible to touch. We encourage hand washing throughout our shows and are especially mindful to ensure that children understand the importance of cleaning their hands.
Is photography allowed at the events?
Yes, it is perfectly fine!
We would ask for flash photography to be kept to a minimum with some of our mammals, as it may startle some of the more visually stimulated animals.
Can your animals perform tricks?
No. We do not encourage our animals to perform unnatural spectacles. We are very proud to show our animals in all their natural splendour and enjoy sharing their displays of natural behaviour, such as using their powerful noses to find their favourite treats!
